East at Wiehle P&R Bus Service
This lot is adjacent to the north side of
the Dulles Toll Road and west of Wiehle Avenue. As with all Reston/Herndon
P&R lots, parking is free. 827 parking spaces are provided.
Bus fare is 75¢ (with return rail transfer 25¢, but Route 989
is $2.50 (with return rail transfer $1.65). Buses are boarded
at the western end of the lot, but one may also board the bus
at the Bus Shelter just before the bus exits the lot. More...

Bus stop signs in each bus bay list route numbers and destinations,
indicating which routes drop off or pick up passengers at that
location. The arrows indicate the direction the buses travel.
The letters of each bus bay correspond to the bus routes which
load there; please check the bus stop signs at the facility to
see where your route boards.
The Connector Store, a transit information
center, is adjacent to the bus bays. It operates Monday through
Friday from 6:30 to10:30 a.m. and 3:00 to 7:30 p.m. One can purchase
fare media for the Metrobus/rail, DASH, CUE and VRE. Cash, check,
credit and debit cards are accepted. Bus and rail route maps and
schedules are available. Ridesharing, HOV and Smart Tag information
are available as well. Also available are a Kiss
and Ride parking area, bicycle racks and public telephones.
Please have exact fare ready when boarding
the bus, as bus drivers do not carry change.
Bus-to-bus transfers are valid for 2 hours and there are no restrictions
regarding direction of travel. Transfers are accepted from all
other service providers.
Elderly/disabled fares are valid at all times for riders in possession
of an official WMATA ID on a Medicare Card.

Saturday Service: Independence Day
Sunday Service: New Year's Day, Easter,
Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
ROUTE 551, 552, 554, AND 557
Weekday Service:

Veterans' Day.
No Service: New Year's Day, Memorial
Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas
Day.
Fairfax Connector buses in the Reston
and Herndon area are all wheelchair lift-equipped. To travel on
a Fairfax Connector bus in other areas of Fairfax County,
please call 24 hours in advance.

without earphones are strictly prohibited on all Fairfax Connector
